I have been drinking more water, eating healthier food and still enjoying a yummy desert when I want it. The other day I stepped on the scale and thought ok so I have lost 14 lbs so far. I was happy but something kept telling me to go back and look again. Finally and did. I guess I thought that it wasn't true and maybe I had only lost 10 lbs. When I stepped on the scale again I had to do a double take, I lost 18 lbs! I don't have a digital scale so I have to look at numbers and lines, but sure enough it said I lost 18 lbs! Yay Me!
I need to take a little time to figure out this blog thing. I would like to share some of the recipes I have been trying out so you can enjoy eating healthier too. I don't do tofu so don't worry, its really good food! If I can get my kids to eat it, anyone will eat it!
